Eligibility Criteria for GSSSB Surveyor Class-3 Recruitment
Educational Qualifications
Applicants must possess either of the following:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute
OR - Government-approved ITI Surveyor Course Certificate
Additionally, candidates must have:
- Basic computer knowledge as per Gujarat Civil Services rules
- Proficiency in Gujarati or Hindi (or both)

GSSSB Surveyor Salary 2025
- Fixed Pay: ₹40,800 per month (for the first 5 years)
- Regular Pay Scale after 5 years: ₹29,200 – ₹92,300 (Level-5, 7th Pay Commission)
Appointment is subject to court decisions on SLP No. 14124/2012 & 14125/2012 in the Supreme Court.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on a single-stage competitive written examination in CBRT/OMR format.
